Redesignating on Schedule B of the Municipal Development Plan, land having an approximate area of 8.46 hectares, located at 500 Pelton Road, also identified as PID 55238471, from Major Community Facility to Stable Residential. - all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
