Call to Order The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Darling, seconded by Councillor Killen: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - December 15, 2025; 2.2 Approval of Minutes - January 6, 2026; 7.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,f,g,j); and 7.2 Confidential Matter 68(1)(e). MOTION CARRIED. Record Pursuant to Section 68(1) The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on January 12, 2026, was closed to the public pursuant to Section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act during the Committee’s discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - December 15, 2025; 2.2 Approval of Minutes - January 6, 2026; 7.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,f,g,j); and 7.2 Confidential Matter 68(1)(e).
