The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Sullivan, seconded by Councillor Stewart:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - December 1, 2025; 5.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.2 Land Matter
68(1)(d); 5.3 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.4 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 5.5 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f); 7.1
