1. Call to Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.1 10 Market Square Update - Land Use Plan
Commission Fogan reviewed submitted presentation entitled “10 Market Square Update, Land
Use Plan 12-01-2025”.
Moved by Councillor Lowe, seconded by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie:
That the submitted presentation entitled 10 Market Square Update, Land Use Plan
12-01-2025, be received for information.
MOTION CARRIED.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie, seconded by Councillor Stewart:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
