The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Harris, seconded by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - November 3, 2025; 2.2 Approval of Minutes - November 4,
2025; 7.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,f); 7.3 Labour Matter 68(1)(j); 7.4
Litigation Matter 68(1)(g); 7.5 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.6 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 7.7
