The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Darling, seconded by Councillor Stewart:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - October 20, 2025; 5.1 Litigation Matter 68(1)(g); 5.2 Financial
