Meeting Called to Order The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Ogden, seconded by Councillor Darling: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - October 6, 2025; 5.1 Personal Information 68(1)(b); 7.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.2 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 7.3 Land Matter 68(1)(d). MOTION CARRIED.
