That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a resolution adopted at a meeting of the said Common Council of the City of Saint John held on the 13th day of January, A.D., 2025. 4. That I have carefully compared the said by-law with the original and the same is a true copy thereof. Jonathan Taylor City Clerk BY-LAW NUMBER C.P. 111-184 A LAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in Common Council convened, as follows: The Zoning By-law of The City of Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of December, A.D. 2014, is amended by: Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 0.57 hectares located at 9 Austin Lane, also identified as a portion of PID Number 00403972, from One -Unit Residential (R1) to Low -Rise Residential (RL) pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act. - all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
