Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1.41 hectares located at 1750 Sandy Point Road, also identified as a portion of PID Number 00050849, from Two -Unit Residential (R2) to Mid -Rise Residential (RM) pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act. all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
