Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as follows:
The Municipal Plan By-law of The City of Saint
John enacted on the 30th day of January, A.D. 2012
is amended by:
I. Redesignating on Schedule A of the
Municipal Development Plan, land having
an approximate area of 584.42 square
metres, located at 241 Douglas Avenue,
also identified as PID 00379230, from
Stable Area and Park and Natural Area
to Stable Area;
