Be it enacted by The City of Saint
John in Common Council convened, as
follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City
of Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D. 2014, is amended by:
1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of
approximately 3.68 hectares, located at
1440 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as
PID 55094981, from Future Development
(FD) to Mid -Rise Residential (RM).
2. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of
approximately 6.42 hectares, located at
1440 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as
a portion of PID 00313031, from Two -Unit
Residential (R2) to Mid -Rise Residential
(RM) pursuant to a resolution adopted by
Common Council under Section 59 of the
Community Planning Act.
