Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of Saint
John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D.2014, is amended as
follows:
1. The definition of "mobile home
park" in Section 3 is amended by
deleting it and replacing it with the
following:
"mobile or mini -home park" means a
lot Containing tivo or more mobile or
mini -homes abutting it private street.
2. Section 10 is amended by deleting
the words "Mobile Home Park" in
Table 10-1 and replacing them with
"Mobile or Mini -Home Park".
3. Section 10 is amended by deleting
the words "Mobile Home Park,
Existing" in Table 10-1 and
replacing them with "Mobile or
Mini -Home Park, Existing".
4. Section 10.8 is amended by
deleting Section 10.8 and replacing
it with the following:
10.8 Mini -Home Park Residential
(RP) Zone
Municipal Plan Context
The Mini -Home Park Residential
(RP) zone accommodates serviced
residential development in the form of
mobile or mini -home parks or
communities with streets, along with
compatible commercial uses that
serve the established community. The
zone also accommodates mobile
