Be it enacted by the Common Council of the Lors d'une reunion du conseil municipal, The
City of Saint John as follows: City of Saint John a decrete qui suit:
A By-law of the City of Saint John entitled "A
By-law Respecting the Construction, Repair and
Demolition of Buildings in the City of Saint John"
enacted on the 121h day of December, A.D. 2022,
is hereby amended as follows:
Subsection 27(3) is repealed and replaced
with the following:
"Council may appoint one or more deputy
building inspectors who shall be subject to the
direction of the building inspector."
2. Subsection 27(4) is repealed and replaced
with the following:
"A deputy building inspector shall be the acting
building inspector and shall have all the powers
and duties of the building inspector in the event of
the absence of or the disability of the building
inspector or when there is no building inspector."
Par les presentes, l'arrete de The City of Saint
John intitule « Arrete concernant 1'Mification, la
reparation et la demolition de batiments et de
constructions dans The City of Saint John » decrete
le 12 decembre 2022, est modifie comme suit:
Le paragraphe 27(3) est abroge et remplace
par ce qui suit :
« Le conseil peut nommer un ou plusieurs
inspecteurs adjoints des constructions qui relevent
de Pinspecteur des constructions.
2. Le paragraphe 27(4) est abroge et remplace
par ce qui suit :
Un inspecteur adjoint des constructions est
Pinspecteur des constructions par interim et, en cas
d'absence ou d'incapacite de l'inspecteur des
constructions, ou quand personne n'occupe cette
charge, it exerce toutes les attributions et fonctions
de l'inspecteur des constructions.
