Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as t'ollows:
The Municipal Plaal By-law of The City of Saint
John enacted on the 30th day of.lanuary, A.D. 2012
is amended by:
Amending Schedule A — City Structure, by
redesignatim, a parcel of land with an area o17
approximately 0.25 hectares, located at 1461
Manawagonish Road, also identified as PID
00397539, from Regional Retail Centre to
Stable Area, classification;
2 Amending Schedule B—Future Lund Use,
by redesignating a parcel of land with an area of
approximately 0.25 hectares, located at 1461
Manawagonish Road, also identified as PID
00397539, from Regional Retail Centre, to
Stable Residential;
- all as shown on the plans attached hereto
and forming part of this by-law
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint John
