records of the Common Council of the said City of Saint John and of the Common
Seal of the said City.
2. That hereto attached and marked "A" is a true copy of a by-law entitled "By -
Law Number C.P. 111-111 A Law to Amend the Zoning By -Law of the City of Saint
John", enacted by the Common Council of the City of Saint John on the 31 day of
May, A.D., 2021.
3. That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a resolution adopted at a
meeting of the said Common Council of the City of Saint John held on the 31 day of
May, A.D., 2021.

Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in communal, The City of Saint John a decrete
Common Council convened, as follows: ce qui suit:
The Zoning By-law of The City
of Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D. 2014, is amended by:
1. Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning
Map of The City of Saint John, by
rezoning a parcel of land having an area
of approximately 7881 square metres,
located at 300 Sydney Street, also
identified as being PID No. 00000034,
from Major Community Facility (CFM) to
High -Rise Residential (RH) as illustrated
below; and
2. Amending Schedule "G", the Zoning
By-law of The City of Saint John, by
increasing the maximum building
height of PID No. 00000034 from 14
metres to approximately 39.3 metres
pursuant to a resolution adopted by
Common Council under Section 59 of the
Community Planning Act.

decembre 2014, est modifie par:
1. La modification de I'annexe «A», Plan
de zonage de la ville de Saint John,
permettant de modifier la designation
