records of the Common Council of the said City of Saint John and of the Common
Seal of the said City.

Law Number C.P. 111-122 A Law to Amend the Zoning By -Law of the City of Saint
John", enacted by the Common Council of the City of Saint John on the 18th day of
October, A.D., 2021.
3. That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a resolution adopted at a
meeting of the said Common Council of the City of Saint John held on the 18th day
of October, A.D., 2021.
4. That I have carefully compared the said by-law with the original and the same
is a true copy thereof.

THE ZONING BY-LAW
OF THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by The City of Saint
John in Common Council convened, as
follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of
Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D. 2014, is amended by:
Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map
of The City of Saint John, by rezoning a
parcel of land having an approximate
area of 0.25 hectares, located at 15
Broadway Avenue, also identified as PID
00299248 and PID 00300814, from One -
Unit Residential (R1) to Corridor
Commercial (CC) pursuant to a
resolution adopted by Common Council
under Section 59 of the Community
Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached
hereto and forming part of this by-law
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint
John has caused the Corporate Common
Seal of the said City to be affixed to this by-
law the 18th day of October, A.D. 2021 and
