That I am the Common Clerk of the said City of Saint John, 15 Market Square, P.O. Box 1971, Saint John, N.B. E2L 41_1 and as such have the custody of the minutes and records of the Common Council of the said City of Saint John and of the Common Seal of the said City. 2. Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of The City of Saint John, by re- zoning land comprising 8,781 square metres at 1020 Rothesay Road also identified as being PID No. 55195598 from Rural (RU) to Rural General Commercial (CRG) and PID No. 00369231 from Two -Unit Residential (R2) to General Commercial (CG) pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act. - all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
