1, JONATHAN TAYLOR, of the City of Saint John in the County of
Saint John and Province of New Brunswick, DO HEREBY CERTIFY:-
1. That I am the Common Clerk of the said City of Saint John, 15
Market Square, P.O. Box 1971, Saint John, N.B. E2L 41_1 and as such have the
custody of the minutes and records of the Common Council of the said City of
Saint John and of the Common Seal of the said City.
2. That hereto attached and marked "A" is a copy of a by-law
entitled "By-law Number C.P. 111-72 A Law to Amend the Zoning By -Law of the
City of Saint John", enacted by the Common Council of the City of Saint John on
the 23rd day of April, A.D. 2019.
3. That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a resolution
adopted at a meeting of the said Common Council of the City of Saint John held
on the 23rd day of April, A.D. 2019.
Whereas On April 23, 2019 Common Council rescinded the Section 39 (now
Section 59) imposed on the January 4, 1993 rezoning of the property located at
86 and 88 Regent Street, also identified as PID numbers 00343178 and
55233597.
Whereas On April 23, 2019 Common Council gave third reading to "By -Law CP
111-72 A Law to Amend the Zoning By -Law of the City of Saint John", amending
Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of the City of Saint John, by rezoning a parcel of
land having an area of approximately 727 square metres, located at 86 and 88
Regent Street, also identified as PID numbers 00343178 and 55233597 from
Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN) to Two -Unit Residential (112).
Whereas the parcels of land having PID numbers 00343178, 55233597,
00343533 and 00343608 were subdivided into two parcels upon filing of plan
number 38969276 on April 25, 2019. Upon the filing of plan number 38969276
Lot 18-01 was designated as PID 55235980 (formerly PID 00343608 and a portion
of PID 55233597, which land is apparently owned by: Linda Kathleen Jarvis and
Stephen Robert Jarvis) and Lot 18-02 was designated PID 55235998 (formerly PID
00343178 and a portion of PID 55233597, which land is apparently owned by
Kathleen Loretta Bennett).
4. That | have carefully compared the said by-law and resolution
with the originals and the same are true copies thereof.

Be it enacted by The City of Saint
John in Common Council convened, as
follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of
Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D. 2014, is amended by:
1 Amending Schedule A, the Zoning
Map of The City of Saint John, by re-
zoning a parcel of land having an area of
approximately 727 square metres, located
at 86 and 88 Regent Street, also identified
as PID Nos. 00343178 and 55233597 from
Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN)
to Two -Unit Residential (R2) pursuant to a
resolution adopted by Common Council
under Section 59 of the Community
Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by-law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by-law the 23`d day of April, A.D.
