CERTIFY: -

15 Market Square, P.O. Box 1971, Saint John, N.B. E2L 41_1 and as such
have the custody of the minutes and records of the Common Council of
the said City of Saint John and of the Common Seal of the said City.
2. That hereto attached and marked "A" is a copy of a by-law
entitled "By-law Number C. P. 111-87 A Law to Amend the Zoning By -Law
of the City of Saint John", enacted by the Common Council of the City of
Saint John on the 24th day of February, A.D. 2020.
3. That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a
resolution adopted at a meeting of the said Common Council of the City of
Saint John held on the 24th day of February, A.D. 2020.
4. That I have carefully compared the said by-law and
resolution with the originals and the same are true copies thereof.

THE ZONING BY-LAW
OF THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by The City of Saint
John in Common Council convened, as
follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of
Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D. 2014, is amended by:

Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning
Map of The City of Saint John, by re-
zoning a parcel of land having an area
of approximately 0.25 hectares,
located at 95 Wentworth Street, also
identified as being PID No. 55236541,
from Neighbourhood Community
Facility (CFN) to High -Rise
Residential (RH).
Amending Schedule "G", the Zoning
By-law of The City of Saint John, by
increasing the maximum building
height of PID No. 55236541 from 14
metres to 23 metres pursuant to a
resolution adopted by Common
Council under Section 59 of the
Community Planning Act.

and forming part of this by-law.
