Street, and 25 Wentworth Street, also

00017061, 00017079, 00017087,
00017095, 00017103, 00017111,

and a portion of Elliott Row, from Urban
Centre Residential (RC) and unzoned street
to Uptown Commercial (CU) pursuant to a
resolution adopted by Common Council
under Section 39 of the Community
Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by -law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by -law the 13th day of April, A.D.
