RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.3 Financial
Matter 68(1)(c); and 1.4 Open Discussion.
