The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.

Moved by Councillor Sullivan, seconded by Councillor MacKenzie:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes; 1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.3 Financial
Matter 68(1)(c); 1.4 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.5 Legal Matter 68(1)(f); 1.6 Financial Matter
