The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.

Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Reardon:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes; 1.2 Employment Matter 68(1)(j); 1.3
