The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.

Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Armstrong:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes; 1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.3 Personal
Matter 68(1)(b); 1.4 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.5 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 1.6 Confidential Matter
