John in Common Council convened, as
follows:

subsection 14.5(2).
* School (K-8);
14.8(2) Zone Standards
Standards for development
in Special Zone 3 shall be
as set out in subsection
14 .5(3), and Parts 4 to 9
where this zone shall 4r,
considered a Rural (RU)

3. Rezoning a parcel of land with an area
of approximately 55.48 hectares,
located at 237 Foster Thurston Drive,
also identified as being PH) 00052704,
from Rural (RU) to Special Zone No. 3
(SZ -3) pursuant to a resolution adopted
by Common Council under Section 59
of the Community Planning Act.
