1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4)(a); 1.2 Nominating
Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.3 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.4 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.5 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c);1.7 Continued City of Saint John Participation
in Federation of Canadian Municipalities Committees; 1.8 2016 Council Priorities; 1.9 City
Market Funding Update.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
