1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
1.1 Members Comments Section of Agenda (Councillor McAlary)
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Farren
RESOLVED that Council have a short discussion on what are appropriate
comments to be discussed under this open session agenda item "Members Comments" and if
we cannot reach common agreement perhaps this agenda item should be eliminated completely
from our open session agenda.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Council members discussed the members' comments section of Council's agenda.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Norton
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.3
Personal Information 10.2(4)(b); 1.4 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.5 Land Matter 10.2(4)(c,d);
1.6 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.7 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.8 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b);
1.9 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.10 Personnel Matter 10.2(4)(b,g,j)
