1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Farren
Seconded by Councillor Mott
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.0 a,b) Approval of Minutes; 1.1 Financial Matter
10.2(4) (c); 1.2 Personal Matter 10.2(4) (b); 1.3 a,b) Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Legal Opinion
10.2(4)(f); 1.5 Property Matter.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
