BACKGROUND
ThroughanApril10,2006resolutionofCommonCouncil,staffwasaskedto
engagetheCommunityinconsultationandthattheinformationcollectedbeused
asbackgroundduringaCommonCouncilprioritysettingsession.
AsafirststepinconsultingwiththeCommunity,staffpreparedanddistributeda
surveyduringatwoweekperiodinMay,2006.Communitygroupswereaskedto
distributethesurveytotheirmembershipandthesurveywasavailabletothe
generalpublicontheCityofSaintJohn’swebpageorbyobtainingacopyfrom
theCashiersOfficelocatedattheLobbyLevelofCityHall.
