Termination of Member Warrants
Thomas Connor, Secretary of the Saint John No.1 Company Salvage Corps
and Fire Police has requested that the following warrants be terminated:

Ronald Hooper
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that Common Council terminate the warrants issued for the
following: Geraldine Gallant and Ronald Hooper.

Section 39 Conditions - Kennedy Street
That, pursuant to the provisions of Section 39 of the Community Planning Act, the
proposed rezoning be subject to the following conditions:
a) the use of the property located at 71 Kennedy Street, also identified as being PIO
number 00377101, be limited to the use of offices for a cleaning service including
incidental cleaning on the premises, warehousing and indoor parking facilities;
b) the use of the property located at 84 Kennedy Street, also identified as being PIO
number 00377128, be limited to the use of a parking lot for the light industrial business
located at 71 Kennedy Street, also identified as being PIO number 00377101
