as PID Number 321596 and a portion of PID Number 324657 from Low Density
Residential to Regional Centre classification to permit the development of a Shopping
Centre as requested by Horizon Management Inc.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land from "RS-2"
