classification, to permit the continuing operation of a nine-bed group care facility, as
requested by Dobbelsteyn Home Care.

5. 7:00 p.m. (a) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone property located on Lakewood Avenue
West, from "RS-2" One and Two Family Suburban Residential to "IL-2" Major Institutional
classification, to permit the construction of a training facility (school) with residences for the
Anglican Church of Canada, as requested by R. E. Darling Ltd.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
6. 7:00 p.m. (a) Proposed amendment to Section 39 conditions imposed on the July 3, 1973 re-zoning of the
property situated at 33 Chesley Drive, to permit the construction of a custody transfer station
for the natural gas pipeline, as requested by Enbridge Gas New Brunswick Inc.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
7. 7:00 p.m. (a) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone a vacant area of land located at 77 Golden
Grove Road, from "RS-2" One and Two Family Suburban Residential to "B-2" General
Business classification, to permit a development consisting of two retail/commercial
buildings, as requested by F. G. Ganong Electrical Ltd.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
8. 7:00 p.m. (a) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land located at 139 Germain
Street, at the intersection of Germain and Princess Streets, from "B-3" Central Business to
"B-2" General Business classification, to permit a dwelling unit to be located below the
second storey of a building, as requested by Bill Randell.
