Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate a parcel of land located at 2494
Loch Lomond Road, from Unserviced Residential to Light Industrial (Approved
Development) classification, to permit the continuing use of the property for an
autobody/repair shop and dwelling, as requested by Truman Hayward.
Proposed Zoning By-law text amendment to add "special zones SZ#7" to the list of
zones in Section 30(1), and to add its uses and standards as Section 740(7), and to re-
zone the same parcel of land described above from "RS-1" One and Two Family
Suburban Residential to "SZ#7" Special Zone #7 classification.
