PUBLIC HEARINGS
Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone parcels of land located at 7 Magazine
Street, from "IL-1" Neighbourhood Institutional to "TH" Townhouse and "B-2" General
Business classification, to permit a development consisting of approximately seventeen
one-storey townhouse units along a new public street, as well as to allow for the
construction of a small office building in the southwestern portion of the subject property,
as requested by NJP Developments Inc.

Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone a portion of the parcel of land at 2400

00287508 from "RF" Rural to "PQ" Pits and Quarries classification, to place the existing
gravel pit operation in a zoning classification which was developed specifically for pits
and quarries, and contains standards and regulations developed specifically for these
land uses, as initiated by the City of Saint John.
