3. 7:00 p.m. (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, a parcel of land
located at 300 Boars Head Road, from Business Park to Low Density Residential
classification, to permit re-zoning of the subject property and development of a senior
citizens' residence, as requested by Curry Brandaw Planners.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land from "I-R"
Restricted Industrial to "IL-1" Neighbourhood Institutional classification.
(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
4. 7:00 p.m. (a) Proposed Zoning By-law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land located at 141 Hawthorne
Avenue, from "R-2" One and Two Family Residential to "B-1" Local Business classification,
to allow an existing hair salon, operating under the provisions of a home occupation, to
expand and occupy the entire first floor of the existing dwelling, as requested by Rosalie
Marie Ryan.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
