Woods, Common Clerk and Deputy City Manager; and E. Gormley, Assistant Common Clerk.. I 1.1 Meeting Called To Order - Prayer Mayor McFarlane called the meeting to order. I 8.1 Third Reading City Market By-law Amendment Relating to Sunday Shopping On motion of Councillor Titus Seconded by Councillor Farren RESOLVED that a by-law entitled, "By-law Number C-115-32, A Law to Amend the By-law Relating to the Market in The City of Saint John" by amending Section 3 and Schedule "B" regarding Sunday, December 19th closure, be read. Councillor Titus remarked that the process of dealing with changes to City Market scheduled should be examined for a more efficient solution. Question being taken, the motion was carried. The by-law entitled, "By-law Number C-115-32 A Law to Amend the By-law Relating to the Market in The City of Saint John" was read in its entirety. On motion of Councillor Titus Seconded by Councillor Farren RESOLVED that a by-law entitled, "By-law Number C-115-32, A Law to Amend the By-law Relating to the Market in The City of Saint John" by amending Section 3 and Schedule "B" regarding Sunday, December 19th closure, be read a third time, enacted and the Corporate Common Seal affixed thereto. Question being taken, the motion was carried.
