(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment. 5. 7:00 p.m. -(a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone approximately 1.95 hectares (4.8 acres) of land situated at 2117 Loch Lomond Road, from "RS-1" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "RS-1M" One- and Two-Family and Mobile Home Suburban Residential classification, to permit an existing mobile home to permanently remain on the subject property, as requested by Wayne and Patricia Cormier. (b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment. 6. 7:00 p.m. -(a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone approximately 1.02 hectares (2.52 acres) of land at 600 Old Black River Road, adjacent to the McAllister Industrial Park from "1-2" Heavy Industrial to "1-4" Heavy Industrial Park classification, and approximately 61 hectare (151 acres) of land from "RF" Rural to "1-4" Heavy Industrial Park classification, to place lands adjacent to the McAllister Industrial Park into an industrial zone that will facilitate the future expansion of the Park, as requested by Saint John Industrial Parks Ltd. (b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment. PUBLIC PRESENTATION 7. 7:00 p.m. -Public presentation of a proposed Municipal Plan amendment to delete the existing Part Two - Land Use, and Part Nine - Implementation, and to adopt a new Part Two - Land Use, and Part Nine - Implementation, to update the Municipal Development Plan, incorporating the over 240 previous amendments to the Plan, portions of various studies and strategies, as well as changes to land use patterns which have occurred since 1973 when the current Plan was adopted.
