3. 7:00 p.m. -(a) Proposed amendment to the Section 39 conditions imposed on the July
22, 1968 re-zoning of the property located at 691 Somerset Street,
and the Section 39 conditions imposed on the December 2, 1985 re-
zoning of the property located at 649 Somerset Street, to permit
the site to be used for general light industrial uses, including a
self-storage warehouse facility, the use of the site presently
limited to the existing building (a former roof truss
manufacturing facility) and the outdoor storage of lumber and
trusses, as requested by Leighside Holdings Ltd.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.

4. 7:00 p.m. -Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land located at 785 Loch Lomond Road, from
Low Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to
permit re-zoning of the parcel of land from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family
Suburban Residential to "B-2" General Business classification, and the
subsequent development of a car sales lot, as requested by John H.
Johnson of Johnson Engineered Solutions Limited.
