the renovation of the existing dwellings so they may continue to be
used for residential purposes, as requested by Dan Roberts.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land from
"1-1" Light Industrial to "RM-1" Three-Storey Multiple Residential
classification.

and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "B-2" General Business classification,
and subsequent development of an automotive service centre, including
