PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS 5. 7:00 p.m. -Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land located at 121 Golden Grove Road, from Low Density Residential to Light Industrial classification, to permit re-zoning of the parcel of land from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to '1-1" Light Industrial classification, and subsequent development of a storage building, as requested by Douglas Queen. 6. 7:00 p.m. -Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land located at 1739-1745 Grandview Avenue, from Low Density Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit re-zoning of the property from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "B-2" General Business classification, so that an existing garage on the site may be used for a motor vehicle inspection and repair garage, as requested by Andrew C. Hunter. 7. 7:00 p.m. -Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land located at 89 Westmorland Road and 11-15 Clay Works Lane, from Light Industrial to Low Density Residential classification, to permit re-zoning of the property from "1-1" Light Industrial to "RM-1" Three-Storey Multiple Residential classification, so that the existing dwellings may be renovated for continued use for residential purposes, as requested by Dan Roberts.
