one-family unserviced residential subdivision with approximately 25 unserviced
residential lots and new public streets, as requested by Dante Foriere.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone approximately 31 hectares (78 acres) of
the subject land from RS-1" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential, "R-1B" One-
Family Residential, "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential and "RM-1" Three-Storey
Multiple Residential to "RR" One-Family Rural Residential classification.
(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
