2. Approval of minutes (April 29).
PUBLIC HEARINGS
3. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A,
a property located at 430 Prince Street, from Major Institutional and Low Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit the conversion
of the former Red Cross Lodge building on the property to a combination of
apartments and inn accommodations, together with dining and reception facilities for
residents and guests, as requested by Richard & Co. Architecture Inc.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same property from "IL-2" Major
Institutional and "R-1B" One-Family Residential to "B-2" General Business
classification.
(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
4. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a portion of two
parcels of land at 101 Ashburn Road and 220 Ashburn Road from "RF" Rural to "1-2"
Heavy Industrial classification, to place the two parcels of land in a zone
classification which reflects the present uses.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
PUBLIC PRESENTATION
5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A, a property located at 459 and 460 Ashburn Road, from Low Density
Residential to Light Industrial classification, to permit re-zoning of the property
to an "1-1" Light Industrial zone and subsequent construction of an automotive
service and repair garage on the portion of the property lying between Ashburn Road
and the Saint John Throughway, as requested by Alpine Motors.
