re-zoning of 25-29 Golden Grove Road, to permit development of a neighbourhood
commercial plaza consisting of a 40-foot by 150-foot building containing retail,
service and office uses, as requested by Peter C. Bardsley.
(b) Request of applicant for postponement of public hearing.
PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS
4. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A, four parcels of land at 42 Broad Street, 33 Broadview Avenue and
251 Sydney Street, from Medium Density Residential to Light Industrial
classification, to re-zone the subject properties to "1-1" Light Industrial
classification to permit the future expansion to an existing development, as
requested by Harris & Roome Supply Limited and the City of Saint John.
5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A, the properties at 22, 26, 30 and 32 Pokiok Road, from Open Space to
Low Density Residential classification, to recognize the existing use of the
properties for residential purposes and to permit the re-zoning of the properties to
an "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential zone.
