PUBLIC HEARINGS
Proposed Municipal Plan Amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, a
parcel of land at 80 Douglas Avenue, from District Centre Commercial to
Medium Density Residential classification, to permit the use of the
existing building as a one-family dwelling, as requested by Peter
Auvinen / Valerie Auvinen.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "10" Integrated Development to "RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple
Residential classification.

(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
Proposed Municipal Plan amendment, as amended by the North End
Neighbourhood Plan, to redesignate the property at 120 Main Street
North, from Medium Density Residential to Commercial classification, to
permit the existing building to be used for office space, as requested
by Richard Hickey.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "RM-1" Three-storey Multiple Residential to "B-2" General Business
classification.

(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-one a parcel of land situated at
158 Manners Sutton Road, from "RF" Rural to "R-1A" One-Family
Residential classification, to place the subject area entirely within
the "R-1A" One-Family Residential zoning in order to subdivide the
property into two serviced residential lots in the future, as requested
by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Ltd. on behalf of T.G. (Gil) Hall and
G.A. (Sandy) Robertson.

(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
Proposed amendment to Section 39 conditions imposed upon the 1975 re-
zoning of a parcel of land located at the intersection of Loch Lomond
Road and McAllister Drive at 835 Loch Lomond Road, as amended on
October 12, 1982, to permit the establishment of a convenience store
within the existing retail sales area of the Petro-Canada service
station located on the subject site, as requested by Petro-Canada
Products.
