Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, a
parcel of land located at 30 McGivney Road, from Low Density
Residential to Light Industrial classification, to permit the
operation of an autobody and repair shop, as requested by John
Setchell.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "1-1" Light
Industrial classification.

Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, a
parcel of land located at 134 Sydney Street, known at one time as the
1880 Club, from District Centre Commercial to Low Density Residential
classification, to permit the conversion of the existing building to
a two-family dwelling, as requested by Harold Wright, Heritage
Resources.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "B-2" General Business to "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential
classification.

(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, (i)
a parcel of land, being the rear portion of the property at 1954
Manawagonish Road, from Highway Commercial to Light Industrial
classification; and (ii) a portion of NBGIC Number 403618 located
adjacent to 1954 Manawagonish Road, from Light Industrial to Highway
Commercial classification, to correct the discrepancy between the
zone boundaries and property lines of 1954 Manawagonish Road so that
the property will lie entirely within a Light Industrial designation
and zone, as originally intended.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone (i) the parcel of land
referred to in (i) above from "B-2" General Business to "I-I" Light
Industrial classification; and (ii) the parcel of land referred to in
(ii) above from "I-I" Light Industrial to "B-2" General Business
classification.

office for a contracting business, apartments and a rear addition for
equipment storage related to the business, as requested by Patrick

"RK-l" Three-Storey Multiple Residential to "B-1" Local Business
classification.
