Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, a
parcel of land at 135 McAllister Drive, from Major Institutional to
District Centre Commercial classification, to permit the construction
of an approximately 14,000-square foot addition to the Exhibition
Plaza commercial development, as requested by Exhibition Plaza Inc.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same parcel of land
from "B-2" General Business and "P" Park to Shopping Centre
classification.
(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.

Proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, a
parcel of land at 164-166 Leinster Street, located at the southwest
corner of Leinster and Crown Streets, from Medium Density Residential
to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit the
development of a new building containing an insurance office, coffee
and donut shop and beauty salon, as requested by Merton L. Fudge.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the same land from "RM-1"
Three-Storey Multiple Residential to "B-2" General Business
classification.
(c) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments.
(d) Letters in opposition to proposed re-zoning.
(e) Letter from applicant requesting to withdraw application.
(f) Letters re manner in which Planning Advisory Committee dealt with
above matter.

Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land at 1169
Manawagonish Road, from "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential to "IL-
l" Neighbourhood Institutional classification, to permit the
continued use of the property as a parking lot for the adjacent
Kingdom Hall of the Lancaster-Saint John Congregation of Jehovah's
Witnesses located at 1177 Manawagonish Road, as requested by the
Saint John Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
