Michael Crescent, from "R-2" One- and Two-Family Residential to "RM-
1" Three-Storey Multiple Residential classification, subject to a
resolution pursuant to Section 39 of the Community Planning Act
limiting the use of the property to a one-family dwelling and a
nursing home for not more than six persons.
