(i & ii) Proposed Zoning By-Law text amendment to renumber Section
620(2)(e) and add a new Section 620(2)(e)(ii) concerning location
of amusement place at 660 Brown Street; (iii) a proposed amendment
to Section 39 conditions imposed by Common Council on October 7,
1985, when 660 Brown Street was re-zoned, and as subsequently
amended, by adding a combination of auditorium and dance hall to
the list of uses permitted at 660 Brown Street, or (iv) rescinding
all Section 39 conditions imposed by Common Council on October 7,
1985, when 660 Brown Street was re-zoned, and a subsequently
amended, to permit 1800 square feet of interior floor space to be
used for a combination of pool parlour, video games, bingo,
dances, etc., as requested by Diesel Power Services Ltd.
(b) Report from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendment.
(c) Letters in opposition to amendment.
5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate
on Schedule 2-A a parcel of land at 96 Richard Street, from Low Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit
retail sale of tropical fish and related supplies in the basement of the
existing building, as requested by Mrs. Dianne Rutherford.
6. 7:15 p.m. - Presentation by The Market Square Corporation re status of City Market
link, the Imperial Theatre ptoject, and the Saint John Regional
Exhibition Centre project.
