Mayor's remarks. 4. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Section 2-A, the Future Land Use Plan, an approximately 2.7-acre portion of a larger parcel of land at 2 Pokiok Road, from Open Space to Low Density Residential classification, to permit this portion of the larger lot to be re-zoned to an "RM-1" Three-Storey Multiple Residential zone and ultimately developed. 5. 7:00 p.m. - Public presentation of proposed Municipal Plan amendment to redesignate on Schedule 2-A, the Future Land Use Plan, an area of approximately 36 hectares (88 acres) located adjacent to Midwood Avenue and Bayside Drive, from Low Density Residential to Heavy Industrial classification, to permit the property to be used as a process water treatment plant by Irving Paper Limited, as requested by Irving Paper Limited. 6. 7:00 p.m. - (a) Proposed amendment to Preservation Area By-Law to (1) change the name from "The Saint John City Centre Preservation Area By-Law" to "Saint John Preservation Areas By-Law"; (2) add a setback provision due to the different site usage on Douglas Avenue; and (3) enlarge the area of the By-Law by adding properties on Alexandra, Bentley and Clarendon Streets and Douglas Avenue. (b) Letter in opposition to proposed amendment. (c) Letter from Preservation Review Board re proposed amendment. 7. Re ad placement in University of New Brunswick's 1992-93 yearbook (Mayor Vayne). 8.
