Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone an area of land with
frontage on Adelaide Street, Main Street and Metcalf Street, having
civic numbers 21, 23, 29 and 39 Adelaide Street, 247-249, 253-255, 257-
259, 263 and 271 Main Street, and 194 Metcalf Street, together with a
Local Common located adjacent to NBGIC Number 377010, from "RM-1"
Three-Storey Multiple Residential and "RM-2" High-Rise Multiple
Residential to "US" Utility and Service classification, to permit the
construction of a fire station on the above-noted lands.

property as a storage yard for construction materials, and to permit the
existing dwelling to be converted to an office, as requested by Daryl
McLennan.

Schedule 2-A a parcel of land at 1288 Grandview Avenue, from Low Density
Residential to District Centre Commercial classification, to permit an
existing building to be used as a repair garage, as requested by David John
